Not sure whether this is the right place to start?

You May Be in the Right Place If…

A holistic health consultation may be a useful starting point if you:

  • Feel tired, stressed, run down, or simply unlike yourself

  • Want to improve digestion, nutrition, hydration, sleep, or daily habits

  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting wellness information

  • Have tried multiple supplements or wellness approaches without a clear plan

  • Want someone to look at your health history and lifestyle as a whole

  • Want practical guidance that fits your actual life

  • Are interested in a more individualized approach to wellness

  • Have labs, health information, or previous recommendations that you would like help organizing and understanding

  • Want support building healthier foundations instead of chasing every new wellness trend

You do not need to know exactly what you need before you schedule.

That's part of what the consultation is for.

What Happens During a Holistic Health Consultation?

Your first consultation is a comprehensive conversation about you.

Instead of focusing on one isolated concern, we look at the factors that may influence how you feel and function day to day.

1. We Start With Your Story

Before making recommendations, I want to understand the context.

We'll discuss your current concerns, health history, routines, nutrition, hydration, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, medications and supplements, previous testing when relevant, and what you would most like to improve.

You are welcome to bring recent lab work or other health information you already have.

You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly organized.

2. We Look at the Whole Picture

Many areas of wellness overlap.

For example, sleep can influence energy. Stress can influence digestion and tension. Nutrition and hydration can affect how you feel throughout the day.

Rather than immediately jumping to a complicated protocol, we'll look for patterns, priorities, and foundational areas that deserve attention first.

Depending on your goals and the type of consultation you schedule, additional wellness tools or assessments may also be discussed or incorporated.

These may include tools such as AO Scan biofeedback or RBTI-style wellness measurements when appropriate.

These tools are used for wellness education and are not medical diagnostic tests.

3. We Create a Personalized Plan

You should leave knowing what to do next.

Recommendations may include changes related to nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, movement, recovery, daily routines, or other supportive wellness practices.

When appropriate, nutritional supplements may also be discussed.

I do not believe everyone needs a cabinet full of supplements or an expensive list of tests.

We prioritize what appears most useful and realistic for you.

4. We Adjust as You Progress

Wellness is not static.

Your needs can change as your habits, circumstances, and goals change.

Follow-up visits give us an opportunity to review what is working, what is not, answer questions, and adjust your plan rather than blindly continuing the same recommendations forever.

What We May Explore

Your consultation is personalized, but common areas of discussion include:

Nutrition & Food Patterns

How you eat, meal consistency, protein and nutrient intake, and practical ways to support a more balanced diet.

Digestion

Eating habits, digestive patterns, bowel regularity, food tolerance concerns, and foundational digestive wellness.

Hydration

Fluid intake, hydration habits, and factors that may influence whether you're drinking enough throughout the day.

Sleep & Recovery

Sleep patterns, bedtime routines, recovery, and habits that may be interfering with restorative rest.

Stress & Nervous System Support

How stress shows up in your body and daily life, along with practical strategies for creating more recovery and regulation.

Movement & Lifestyle

Your activity level, work demands, routines, environment, and the habits that shape your overall wellness.

Supplements

Reviewing what you currently take, identifying unnecessary complexity, and discussing nutritional support when appropriate.

Existing Health Information

If you already have laboratory results, physician recommendations, food logs, supplement lists, or other relevant information, we can review them as part of the broader wellness conversation.

You Don't Need Another Overwhelming Wellness Protocol

One of the easiest ways to become discouraged is to leave an appointment thinking you suddenly need to:

  • change your entire diet,

  • buy fifteen supplements,

  • complete five expensive tests,

  • exercise every day,

  • meditate for an hour,

  • and somehow become a different person by Monday.

That's not the goal here.

We Start With What Matters Most.

Your plan should be understandable.

It should be realistic.

And it should fit into your actual life.

Sometimes the most useful first steps are surprisingly simple.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during a holistic health consultation?

Expect a detailed conversation about your health history, current concerns, nutrition, digestion, hydration, sleep, stress, lifestyle, supplements, and wellness goals.

Your consultation is designed to identify priorities and create clear next steps rather than simply giving you generic recommendations.

Do I need lab work before my appointment?

No.

If you already have recent laboratory results or other health information, you are welcome to bring them, but you do not need to complete testing before scheduling a consultation.

Will I have to buy supplements?

No.

Supplements may be discussed when appropriate, but recommendations are individualized. The goal is not to sell you the largest possible supplement protocol.

Is this the same as seeing a medical doctor?

No.

Holistic health consultations at Fire & Ice are wellness and educational services. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment from a licensed physician or other qualified medical provider.

You should continue appropriate medical care and discuss significant or concerning symptoms with your healthcare provider.

Can I schedule virtually?

Yes.

Virtual consultations are available for clients who do not need an in-person service.

What if I don't know where to start?

That's completely fine.

You can schedule an initial holistic health consultation, or begin with a complimentary discovery call if you have questions before booking.

Ready to Stop Guessing?

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

If you want someone to listen, look at the bigger picture, and help you create a more manageable wellness plan, this is a good place to start.
