Visiting the Office
Fire & Ice Holistic Health is located upstairs at 13124 Idlewild Road, Suite 3B in Matthews. There is no elevator.
Facing the building, there are three sets of doors. Use the left door of the far-right set to access the stairs.
If you arrive early, you're welcome to wait at the conference table in the hallway. Please do not knock on the treatment-room door while another session is in progress. Please be mindful of other businesses operating in the building.
All services are by appointment only. I do not see walk in appointments.
Our friend Rosie does answer the phone. She is great at taking any messages you need to leave and walking you step by step through getting to where you are going. You may also message through the scheduling app or text for faster service.
