Here are the cliff notes and take aways from my recent Tiktok series.
Video 1: What Are Drainage Pathways (And Why They Matter?)
- Drainage pathways are how the body eliminates waste and toxins. They include the colon,
liver, bile ducts, lymphatic system, kidneys, skin, and lungs.
- Detoxing without open drainage can lead to toxin recirculation and worsening symptoms.
- Before detoxing, always ensure drainage pathways are open to support safe and effective
healing.
Video 2: Signs Your Drainage Is Blocked
- Common signs include constipation, fatigue, skin issues, swelling, brain fog, and hormonal
imbalances.
- Blocked drainage can show up in the colon, liver, lymph, kidneys, and even through
emotions like anxiety or irritability.
- Identifying these signs helps prevent detox crashes and supports smoother healing.
Video 3: Lymph, Liver, Bowels & Skin – Your Body’s Drainage System
- The lymph moves waste but has no pump, so movement is essential.
- The liver filters toxins and dumps them into bile; bile flow must be supported.
- The colon is the final exit – you must be pooping daily. The skin and kidneys also play
major detox roles.
Video 4: How to Open Drainage Before Detox
- Begin with the bowels using magnesium, fiber, and hydration.
- Support liver and bile flow with castor oil packs, bitter herbs, and lemon water.
- Get lymph flowing with dry brushing, rebounding, and massage.
- Hydrate kidneys and support the skin through sweat and baths.
Video 5: My Daily Drainage Support Routine
- Morning: lemon water, bowel movement support, movement, dry brushing.
- Midday: digestive bitters, fiber-rich foods, and hydration.
- Evening: castor oil packs, Epsom salt baths, nervous system care.
- Weekly: sauna, red light, herbal teas, lymphatic drainage.
