About Fire & Ice Holistic Health
More Than Symptom Relief. A Foundation for Lasting Wellness.
If you've found your way here, there's a good chance you're looking for something more than a quick fix.
Maybe you've been dealing with pain that keeps returning. Maybe you've tried countless supplements, diets, therapies, or treatments without finding the lasting improvement you hoped for. Or maybe you're simply ready to take a more proactive role in your health.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here.
At Fire & Ice Holistic Health, I believe that true wellness isn't about chasing symptoms—it's about creating the conditions that allow your body to function the way it was designed to.

My Philosophy
Over the years, I've learned something that has completely changed the way I care for people.
Many people are trying to improve their health while their bodies are stuck in survival mode.
When we're constantly stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or living in a state of chronic fight-or-flight, it becomes much harder for the body to heal, recover, digest, regulate hormones, manage inflammation, or simply function the way it was designed to.
That's why my approach often starts with the nervous system.
Not because it's the only piece of the puzzle—but because it influences so many others.
By helping the body feel safe, supported, and regulated first, we create a stronger foundation for everything that follows. From there, we can begin addressing nutrition, movement, pain, recovery, lifestyle, digestion, stress, sleep, and other areas that contribute to overall health.
Healing isn't about finding one magic supplement or one perfect treatment.
It's about giving your body the support it needs, one step at a time. I believe the body can heal itself.
My Story
I didn't originally set out to become a holistic health practitioner. Or even a massage therapist. I actually began my adult life as a pharmacy technician with high aspirations of going to pharmacy school before being robbed at gun point and eventually deciding to go to massage therapy school.
I began my career as a massage therapist with a passion for helping people move better, hurt less, and feel more comfortable in their bodies. I loved seeing clients leave with less pain and more freedom of movement.
But as the years passed, I noticed something.
Many of the same people continued returning with the same concerns.
Massage was helping—and I still believe deeply in its value—but I found myself asking a different question.
Why were these problems happening in the first place?
That curiosity sparked years of additional education and training. I began studying traditional naturopathy, holistic health, nutrition, nervous system regulation, breathwork, biofeedback, reflexology, Reiki, and other supportive therapies—not because I believed one approach held all the answers, but because I wanted to better understand the body as a whole.
Today, my goal is to combine that knowledge with compassionate, individualized care to help clients build a stronger foundation for long-term wellness.

What Working With Me Looks Like
Every person who walks through my door has a different story.
There is no one-size-fits-all protocol.
Instead, I take time to understand your health history, your current concerns, your lifestyle, and your goals before making recommendations.
Together, we'll focus on practical, sustainable changes that support your body's natural ability to heal and adapt.
My goal isn't to overwhelm you with dozens of supplements or unnecessary testing.
My goal is to help you understand your body, prioritize what matters most, and take manageable steps toward better health.
Sometimes that starts with massage.
Sometimes it starts with breathwork or nervous system regulation.
Sometimes it starts with nutrition, lifestyle changes, or simply having someone who listens.
Every plan is personalized because every person is different.
